We are looking for a talented Facility Operations & Maintenance Group Leader to join our team specializing in Facilities for our CDBS (Cummins Drivetrain and Braking Systems) location at Troy, MI.

Facilities Design & Maintenance: Elevate facility performance by overseeing design, construction, preventive maintenance, and asset‑management systems that support long‑term reliability.
Data‑Driven Project Leadership: Apply analytics and project‑management discipline to optimize operations, guide investment decisions, and ensure projects deliver measurable results.
