A well-established private practice group with over 35 years of experience and more than 15 offices across Ohio is seeking a full-time Hearing Care Provider for its Northern Dayton, OH location . This practice has built its reputation on exceptional hearing care while also operating with a retail-oriented model to ensure accessibility and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine diagnostics and hearing assessments for adult patients
Provide patient counseling and hearing aid recommendations
Dispense hearing aids and follow up with patients on outcomes
Support business growth through meeting monthly office performance and KPI targets
Collaborate with office staff to maintain smooth operations and high patient satisfaction
