Job SummaryÂ
As an Appointment Scheduler, you’ll connect with potential customers, schedule and close appointments, and help ensure our sales team meets its goals. You’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for a professional and high-quality customer experience.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Make outbound calls to follow up on warm leads and handle inbound inquiriesÂ
- Schedule and close qualified appointments, maximizing show ratesÂ
- Document call outcomes and appointment details in our CRMÂ
- Follow up strategically to increase booked appointmentsÂ
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goalsÂ
What We’re Looking ForÂ
- Competitive, results-driven, and motivated by performance-based earningsÂ
- Comfortable making a high volume of callsÂ
- Strong verbal communication; confident and persuasive on the phoneÂ
- Tech-competent with CRM systems and multi-screen workflowsÂ
- Coachable, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Prior call center, appointment setting, or inside sales experience is a plusÂ
- Weekend availability requiredÂ
