Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a rewarding career in home health care? AdvisaCare is seeking a dedicated Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at our Troy office.

As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the high-quality care they deserve. You will work closely with caregivers and clients, fostering meaningful connections and matching caregivers to clients based on their unique needs.

This is a full-time, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling of caregivers to meet the needs of clients.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure each shift is covered.
  • Maintain accurate records of caregiver and client schedules.
  • Interact with clients and families to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to caregivers.
  • Participate in on-call scheduling rotations for after-hours communications.
  • Assist with recruitment and training of new staff.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or home care environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with health care regulations and compliance is a plus.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and a desire to help others.
