Description

Position Overview

The primary objective of this position is to continue sales growth and development of the assigned territory by generating new business and servicing existing accounts. The Inside Account Manager will complete the daily job functions while adhering to Company Policies, Procedures and Quality Standards.


Requirements

 Essential Job Functions

  • Service existing accounts.
  • Develop new accounts:
  • Make cold calls as directed by the Inside Sales Manager.
  • Research, develop, and follow up on sales prospects.
  • Participate and maintain annual goals with direct Manager in Key Performance Indicator reports.
  • Maintain TSC approved territorial customer database.
  • Monitor collections on monthly basis with Accounts Receivable Department.
  • Keep up to date on all TSC product lines.
  • Work trade shows as determined by Management.
  • Assist in other department functions when necessary and as determined by the Inside Sales Manager and National Sales Manager.
  • Comply with Safety Guidelines as required.
