- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Provide technical support to end-users, helping them with IT-related problems and inquiries.
- Maintain and update system documentation, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and asset management tracking.
- Are a Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Possess a basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Have a strong attention to detail and ability to think logically when facing unexpected issues.
- Possess experience with Microsoft tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Office 365.
- Are a quick learner, are open to feedback and work well in a team environment.
This is a temporary position specifically for the duration of the summer months. Employment beyond the specified end date is not guaranteed.
Compensation
$18- $20/hour USD
