Location: Troy, Ohio (On-Site)
Shift Options
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:15 p.m. - 10:45 p.m.
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Reports To: Production Supervisor

What You'll Do
- Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery to ensure efficient operation
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report more complex problems as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For
- Three or more years of machine operation experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team players who take pride in their work and strive for excellence

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable transportation
- Some positions may require training on first shift for several weeks before transitioning to your assigned shift
