Premier Health is seeking a PRN, Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Troy, Ohio. Opportunity to enjoy a supportive environment with 1:1 patient care, including 60-minute evaluations & 45-minute follow-up sessions. No Weekends!

Job Duties:

  • Conduct patient evaluations, reassessments, and discharge summaries for all populations served
  • Administer treatments based on evaluations and reassessments
  • Complete all required documentation promptly
  • Maintain productivity at departmental standards
  • Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff
  • Participate in case management for patient rehabilitation services
  • Perform non-clinical tasks and maintain effective daily work habits
  • Take part in one to two departmental, hospital, or community programs/meetings
  • Teach, orient, train, supervise, and mentor coworkers, new employees, volunteers, observers, and at least one student annually


Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program required.
  • Current physical therapy license in State of Ohio. New graduates are welcomed!
  • BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

  • Able to multi-task with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
  • Dependable, flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Teamwork oriented. Display tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills.
