Responsibilities:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Initial Communication & Issue Resolution:

o聽聽聽 Serve as the first point of contact for any business-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

o聽聽聽 Function as a liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating clear and timely communication.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordination with Headquarters (HQ):

o聽聽聽 Work closely with HQ to monitor and resolve issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.

o聽聽聽 Provide regular updates to HQ on project status, customer feedback, and potential challenges.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Customer Requirement Analysis & Solution Provision:

o聽聽聽 Clarify customer requirements through detailed discussions and documentation.

o聽聽聽 Provide tailored solutions to address both business and engineering-related challenges.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Customer Support & Engineering Collaboration:

o聽聽聽 Assist customers in resolving technical and operational issues, ensuring smooth project execution.

o聽聽聽 Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement effective solutions.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Program Leadership & Ownership

o聽聽聽 Own and manage assigned programs across the full product lifecycle, including program award, development, supplier selection, launch, series production, post-production performances and lessons learned, in alignment with the LGD product delivery process lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary, cross functional teams to achieve program objectives related to timing, quality and customer satisfaction.

o聽聽聽 Establish, maintain, and monitor top-level programs plans, including customer milestones, internal deliverables, and resource requirements.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Customer & Stakeholder interface:

o聽聽聽 Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on assigned programs, leading all program鈥憆elated communications.

o聽聽聽 Build strong customer relationships and represent with professionalism, accountability, and transparency.

o聽聽聽 Participate in lessons鈥憀earned analyses for both awarded and lost business opportunities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Meeting Coordination & Facilitation:

o聽聽聽 Arrange and facilitate meetings for design, innovative technology promotion, process, and business discussions between LG Display and customers.

o聽聽聽 Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Program Execution & Performance:

o聽聽聽 Deliver business results that meet or exceed LGD expectations for awarded programs, with clear accountability for timing, quality performance.

o聽聽聽 Regularly communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans to internal teams and management steering committees.

o聽聽聽 Coordinate and monitor program documentation, schedules, technical performance (including tooling, and capacity), quality deliverables, and production readiness.

o聽聽聽 Proactively manage risks, implement countermeasures, and escalate issues when required.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Change, Risk & Production Management:

o聽聽聽 Lead the global Change Management process, ensuring alignment to design, specifications, cost, and timing commitments.

o聽聽聽 Manage the Series Production phase, including claims management, change execution, continuous improvement initiatives, ECR/APQP change/validation change activities, and ongoing commercial negotiations.

o聽聽聽 Ensure sufficient resources are planned and allocated to support quality, timing, safety, and security objectives.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Compliance, Quality & Safety:

o聽聽聽 Ensure programs are executed in accordance with Supplier Quality Management System (SQMS) requirements.

o聽聽聽 Ensure compliance with applicable automotive standards and customer鈥憇pecific requirements, including IATF 16949, Automotive SPICE, ISO 17025.

o聽聽聽 Maintain working knowledge of APQP and regulations and ensure all program activities are performed in a safe manner.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Business Travel & Customer Support:

o聽聽聽 Conduct business trips to manufacturing sites or HQ to support customer visits and project reviews.

o聽聽聽 Function as a key representative during customer visits, ensuring a positive and productive experience.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Education & Experience:

o聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree required, or equivalent experience (three additional years of relevant technical experience in degree). A technical or engineering degree is strongly preferred.

o聽聽聽 Minimum of 5 years of project and/or program management experience within the automotive industry, with a demonstrated record of successful program execution.

o聽聽聽 Proven ability to lead cross鈥慺unctional teams and manage complex programs across multiple phases of the product lifecycle.

o聽聽聽 Experience coaching or developing project and/or program managers is preferred.

o聽聽聽 Project Management certification is preferred.

o聽聽聽 Prior experience in a Program manager or Design release engineer environment is a plus.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Language Proficiency:

o聽聽聽 Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

o聽聽聽 Ability to communicate effectively with global clients and internal teams.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Technical Skills:

o聽聽聽 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

o聽聽聽 Familiarity with project management tools and software.

o聽聽聽 Solid understanding of automotive product development processes and cross鈥慺unctional engineering practices.

o聽聽聽 Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder鈥憁anagement skills, with the ability to drive results in a global environment.

o聽聽聽 Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately, ensuring data security and compliance.
