First, this person will estimate commercial HVAC projects by reviewing plans and specifications, performing takeoffs, building budgets, soliciting vendor and subcontractor pricing, identifying scope gaps, and helping position Airco MEP to win profitable work.
Second, once projects are awarded, this person will manage projects from handoff through closeout, including schedules, submittals, procurement, RFIs, change orders, field coordination, billing support, and customer communication.

- Â Coordinate with field leadership, labor, suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors, owners, and internal stakeholdersÂ
- Â Track job cost, labor productivity, committed cost, and forecasting against estimate and margin targetsÂ
- Â Support billing, collections, and project financial reviewsÂ
- Â Maintain strong communication with customers and project partners to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and issue resolutionÂ
- Â Drive project closeout, including punch list completion, as-builts, warranty turnover, and lessons learnedÂ
