Core Responsibilities:
ā¢ Assists the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling
ā¢ Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with the ASM and SM's support
ā¢ Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budgets
ā¢ Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates
ā¢ Ensures a well-organized stockroom is maintained at all times and that all available products are merchandised on the shop floor and loss prevention targets are achieved
ā¢ Assists the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines

Ensure that all fixtures are always replenishedĀ
Evaluate and communicate on competitor visual merchandising techniques, finding opportunities to develop our business furtherĀ
Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGOĀ® Brand Retail guidelinesĀ

Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environmentĀ
Delivery of Employee trainingĀ
Cash handling and inventory/sales auditingĀ
Point of sale automated systemsĀ
Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandisingĀ
Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.Ā
Must have full availability to work 40 hours per weekĀ

Compensation
The hourly wage for the position has a range of $22.10 - $25.30 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
