Web Developer
Summary:
The Web Developer is responsible for assisting in the implementation of applications and the support of production systems as assigned.Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Performs the programming, testing, conversions and implementation planning.
- Provides full support of all production systems assigned.
- Ability to create system and programming technical specifications.
- Completes feasibility studies.
- Codes and tests for conversions and implementation projects.
- Contribute to discussions that define our architecture and technical strategy
- Participate in and create materials for code reviews. Â

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years PHP / JavaScript web development experience or equivalent.
- Strong database fundamentals and experience
- Confidence and agility debugging urgent production issues
- Technical specification creation
- Extensive test plan creation and execution experience.
- A desire to be personally responsible for production-level code Â
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS/LESS
- Experience with responsive front-end frameworks/methodologies
- A preoccupation with staying on top of industry trends and technologies
- Experience acting as technical lead on large features/projects
- Experience with or willingness to learn Laravel
- Experience with REST and APIs
- Experience with Node.JS
- Experience with GIT
