At KIRCO, our Associates are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an organized, people-focused Talent & Culture Coordinator who is eager to grow their HR career while helping create an exceptional employee experience.


This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who enjoys staying organized, supporting employees, learning new systems, and being part of a collaborative team. You'll work closely with our Talent & Culture leadership while gaining exposure to nearly every aspect of Human Resources.


What You'll Do


  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data (ADP Workforce Now)
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee questions
  • Support payroll processing and timecard administration
  • Coordinate recruiting activities including interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Prepare employment documentation including offer letters and onboarding paperwork
  • Maintain HR reports, organizational charts, and personnel files
  • Coordinate training, employee engagement initiatives, and company events
  • Assist with compliance tracking and HR documentation
  • Serve as a welcoming resource for Associates and help create a positive employee experience


What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources or administrative experience
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
