Group Summary:

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will be responsible for assisting the marketing team in event management, product 
marketing, and communications initiatives for the purposes of growing existing sales and strengthening 
brand recognition and reputation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support and help develop marketing assets to be used in various channels across the organization 
• Supports organization of Exteriors events, customer shows, and internal meetings
• Collaborates with team on social media and communications initiatives, including developing 
content for product marketing purposes 
• Participate in meetings with marketing & agency suppliers
• Assist with administrative tasks, as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Some related experience preferred

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma
• Currently Attending a College or University

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
• Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able 
to conduct normal amount of work at a computer.
