Accounting Associate

1. Review invoices have entered in correct amount. 
2. Enter and update vendor information
3. Approve new vendors in the vendor registration system
4. Communicate with the procurement team to resolve invoice discrepancies or missing information.
5. Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed

1. Proficient with Excel (Pivot & VLOOKUP preferred)
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

1. Account Payable experience preferred
2. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
