About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at Moscatellos Italian Family Restaurant as a Bartender! You will be crafting delicious cocktails and providing exceptional service in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance bartending skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid bartending license.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
