Pay: $19-20 per Hour

Main Tasks
- Communicate daily with local vendors to track ETAs, obtain tracking numbers, and follow up on any delivery delays.
- Support the Local Procurement Team by providing timely updates on current order statuses.
- Coordinate deliveries to end locations and confirm item receipt in collaboration with the Logistics Team.
- Complete system-related tasks, including entering shipping details and processing invoices.
- Track down delayed payments due to invoice errors.
- Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and ServeOne throughout the entire procurement process.Â
Skills:Â
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel
- Fluent in English
- Good written and verbal communication skills
