The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of complex projects from initiation through completion. Serving as the single point of accountability, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with both client expectations and organizational objectives.
This position requires a strong leader who can manage teams, engage stakeholders, maintain financial discipline, and deliver high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Own End‑to‑End Project Delivery
- Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of assigned projects.
- Drive execution from project kickoff through final delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Lead Teams & Manage Resources
- Coordinate and lead cross‑functional project teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance.
- Partner with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants as needed to ensure adequate staffing and expertise.
- Coach, mentor, and support project team members to drive engagement and high performance.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations across scope, schedule, and financials.
- Maintain consistent, transparent communication with clients and senior leadership.
- Provide regular project updates, highlight risks, and drive alignment on priorities and next steps.
Financial & Operational Management
- Track project financials, including costs, forecasts, and cost‑to‑completion estimates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and take proactive corrective action as needed.
Project Governance & Reporting
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, logs, and progress reports.
- Lead internal project review meetings and ensure accurate reporting across all stakeholders.
- Conduct final project reviews and ensure all deliverables meet required standards.
Project Planning & Proposal Support
- Develop detailed project schedules, including timelines, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Contribute to proposal development by providing estimates, assumptions, and support requirements.
- Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), updating them as project scope evolves.
Drive Growth & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and support additional business development efforts.
- Promote best practices, improve processes, and enhance delivery efficiency across projects.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing project environment.
