Your Mission:

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our ISO 9001 Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong quality and communication expertise with a passion for evaluating processes, solving problems, and improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuous improvement/reduction of RGA's.
  • Non-conforming product/corrective action process management.
  • Production sampling/testing compliance.
  • Organizational communication – quality performance.
  • Operate and maintain quality management system.
  • Perform other quality duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree (BA) in related field preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in manufacturing or operations professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methods 7 ISO 9001 requirements
  • Display strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with measurement, calibration and test equipment.
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; ERP knowledge.
