Pay: $26-$32 per hour DOE
Reports to: Paint & Stain Team Lead

Position Overview:

Journeyman Painter $26-$32 per hour DOE

● Proficient Painter With 5 years experience
● Valid driver's license
● Minimal Supervision
● Daily oversight of employees under supervision
● Record / manage work orders & time management on job sites
● Apply technical knowledge of all coating materials for acceptable application
● Employee Development of Painter 1
● Communicate proficiently with managers about jobs and problems
● Responsible for tool inventory & needed products
● Knowledge of airless spray equipment, professional sanders, pressure
washers & other power tools
● Demonstrates knowledge & implementation of safe ladder, fall protection &
product hazards
