Healthcare United is seeking an ENT (Otolaryngology) Physician to join a well-established, hospital-affiliated multispecialty group in Connecticut's Lower Naugatuck Valley. This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic work and surgical practice, strong referral support, and the opportunity to build a long-term patient panel within a stable group environment. The incoming physician will treat a broad range of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions, with support from an established referral network and experienced clinical staff.

  • Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
  • Perform in-office procedures including nasal endoscopy and other standard ENT evaluations
  • Perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures such as tonsillectomy, sinus surgery, and thyroid/parathyroid surgery
  • Manage patients with chronic sinus disease, hearing loss, voice disorders, and sleep-disordered breathing
  • Provide surgical consultation and pre-operative/post-operative care
  • Collaborate with primary care and specialty referral partners on shared patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in call rotation as needed


Requirements

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery
  • Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
  • Experience in both outpatient clinical care and ENT surgical procedures
  • Excellent communication and patient-care skills
