Scope:

 

Responsible for developing, coordinating, delivering, and maintaining training programs for Operations teams. Works closely with the Technical Documentation Specialist to ensure training materials, SOPs, and work instructions are accurate, current, and aligned with operational needs. Ensures all employees receive the proper job‑specific training, certifications, and competency assessments required to operate safely, effectively, and in full compliance with GMP and ISO requirements.

 

 

Job Summary:

 

The Operations Training Coordinator leads all training activities for Operations, including onboarding, upskilling, cross‑training, documentation updates, training record management, and competency verification. This role partners with Production Supervisors, Quality, the Technical Documentation Specialist, and HR to maintain an effective, audit‑ready training program that supports operational excellence and consistent employee development.
