Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform onsite technical guidance to customers and their installation support contingent workers in the receipt, installation, and readying of pedestal package for applicable vibration and stiffness testing.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure correct and accurate placement and proper mounting of pedestals and seismic restraint components to meet criteria specified by lithography equipment manufacturers.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property including vehicles, installation tools, mobile phone, laptop, etc.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Shall uphold a high standard of personal conduct to maintain physical and virtual access credentials for being on a customer work site.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Basic understanding of technical issues involving the installation process and able to elevate installation issues to senior Field Install Technician (FIT鈥檚) and/or Install Manager for resolution.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintains accurate, legible records and reports as required in accordance with both Fulcrum and customer requirements.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform pre-installation site surveys.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide exceptional customer service while working in a clean room environment. Create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through advanced customer service skills, implementing fast quality responses to both internal and external customers while maintaining a safety-first mentality.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintains and monitors tools for compliance with cleanroom protocol requirements and to ensure that appropriate tools are on hand, as required.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Booking domestic and international business trips. This includes, but is not limited to booking airfare, rental vehicle, and obtaining lodging within Fulcrum Travel policy. All of which is done via mobile apps, websites, or directly calling place of business.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Completes expense reports, and other administrative responsibilities, in accordance with Fulcrum鈥檚 policies/procedures.
