Position Summary

As Project Manager II within TransPak, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex cross-functional projects from initiation to closure. You will operate within a complex, fast-moving, and evolving organizational environment, ensuring initiatives are executed with discipline, clarity, and strong stakeholder alignment.  The Project Manager II brings coordinated execution and structure to complex initiatives, drives accountability across teams, and delivers consistent outcomes that support business performance.

 

Key Responsibilities  

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop and maintain project plans that remain effective in dynamic, rapidly changing environments, continuously reprioritizing work to balance speed, quality, and business outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, foster collaboration and communication among
stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams,
ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage financial
resources efficiently.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet defined quality standards and adhere to best
practices.
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or resources effectively, minimizing
disruptions.
• Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including key performance indicators and
any potential issues.

 

 

Education/Knowledge/Skills/Experience Desired

• Ability to travel ~ 10%
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence
stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Monday)
• Familiarity with business systems.
