About the Role The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted strategic partner to operational leadership, providing HR expertise and guidance across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders across assigned business units to understand their needs, provide practical HR solutions, and help create an engaged, high-performing workforce. You’ll serve as a key liaison between operations and the broader HR team, ensuring our people practices are consistent, effective, and aligned with organizational goals. Compensation This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position. Placement within the range is based on experience. What You Can Expect Partner closely with operational leaders to understand business and workforce needs and provide thoughtful, solutions-focused HR guidance. Serve as a trusted resource to managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and workplace concerns. Collaborate with HR colleagues across recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, and other areas to support a seamless employee experience. Use workforce data and trends to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and support informed decision-making. Support organizational changes, performance review and merit processes, and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities   Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with leaders on workforce planning, staffing needs, organizational effectiveness, and HR strategies that support business objectives. Employee Relations & Performance: Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations matters, performance concerns, behavioral issues, and appropriate HR practices. Policy & Compliance: Promote consistent application of HR policies, practices, and processes across assigned locations and partner with HR teams to support compliance. Workforce Insights & Organizational Development: Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to leadership while supporting organizational change, manager development, and employee engagement initiatives. HR Programs & Processes: Support recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, merit increases, and other key HR programs in partnership with the broader HR team. QualificationsQualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience. Strong employee relations and HR consulting experience. Experience supporting multi-site or complex operational environments preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, and influencing skills. Ability to build trust with leaders and employees while balancing business needs with sound HR practices. Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
