Maintain up to date system documentation, module overviews, and process maps-many to be developed from scratch.
  • Maintain and enhance the Ethics & Compliance SharePoint site; support the transition to SharePoint Online.
  • Support LMS coordination and assist with the transition to a new learning platform.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, dashboards, and workflow improvements.
  • Conduct audits and assurance reviews; draft clear, actionable audit reports.

  • Strong knowledge of conflict-of-interest policy best practices and related issues.
  • Strong critical thinking, the ability to evaluate issues holistically, and an understanding of end-to-end compliance processes and how they interrelate.
  • Strong attention to detail, judgment, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, self‑directed approach and comfort in a fast‑moving environment.
