Job DetailsJob Location: UNITED METHODIST CHILDRENS HOME OF NORTH GEORGIA CONFERENCE - TUCKER, GA 30084Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 SalaryPosition Summary The Director of Training Partnerships and Impact leads the growth, evaluation, and external engagement of Wellroot's training initiatives. This position focuses on developing strategic partnerships, expanding training opportunities, generating revenue, evaluating outcomes, and increasing the reach and impact of Wellroot's trauma-informed expertise. The role serves as the primary liaison with external partners and stakeholders while supporting the sustainability and effectiveness of Wellroot's training programs. The Director oversees the Manager of Training and supports bringing cohesion to internal and external professional development opportunities. The Director also plays a crucial leadership role in evaluating and enhancing organizational efficiency, effectiveness, quality improvement, and organizational compliance and accreditation. Essential Responsibilities Business Development & Partnerships 路 Expand Wellroot's training footprint through partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, nonprofits, and government agencies. 路 Identify and develop fee-for-service training, consulting, sponsorship, and contract opportunities. 路 Support marketing, outreach, and relationship-building efforts to grow participation and revenue. Training Initiatives & Organizational Learning 路 Support the development and expansion of trauma-informed and evidence-informed training programs. 路 Manage relationships with training partners, facilitators, and stakeholders. 路 Coordinate conferences, workshops, learning events, and signature training initiatives. 路 Provide strategic coordination and guidance for required regulatory, accreditation, contract, and professional development training across Wellroot Family Services, in partnership with the Manager of Staff Training and program leadership. Evaluation & Impact 路 Partner with universities and evaluation entities to demonstrate effectiveness of training. 路 Develop and implement training evaluation tools and metrics. 路 Analyze participant feedback and outcome data to improve training quality and effectiveness. 路 Prepare impact reports and presentations for leadership, funders, and partners. 路 Track participation, outcomes, partner engagement, and revenue-related performance measures. QualificationsQualifications 路 Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred. 路 Seven to Ten years of experience in business development, partnership development, training, evaluation, nonprofit leadership, or a related field. 路 Strong relationship-building, communication, project management, and data analysis skills. 路 Experience in child welfare, human services, trauma-informed care, or professional training preferred. 路 Ability to analyze data, assess training effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement strategies. 路 Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
