This position is responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience by receiving exceptional customer service and product information. Minimum Eligibility Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Essential functions include acting in accordance with company core values, compliance with safe lifting practices, driving and teaching company retail philosophy, directing product sales specialists, completing certification courses, understanding merchandise and installation, merchandising, pricing and organizing the department, communicating SOP changes, forklift proficiency and certification, inventory communication, processing merchandise, validating product placement and pricing, greeting customers, assisting with product questions, processing sales and refunds, presenting 'how-to' classes, following cash/check/charge procedures, answering phones, stocking and tagging merchandise, and creating price tags and signs. Working conditions involve exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles with moderate to noisy noise levels. Physical requirements include exerting 30-60 pounds of force occasionally and frequent use of hands and fingers, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Store and pickup hours vary throughout the week.
