Cool Willy's is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technician to join our growing team in Tucson, Arizona. If you’re a skilled technician who thrives in commercial environments and takes pride in solving complex refrigeration and HVAC challenges, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Technician, you will service, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including:
• Chillers
• VRF / VRV systems
• Walk-in coolers & walk-in freezers
• Refrigerated warehouses
• Low-temperature refrigeration applications
• Mini-split systems
• Packaged & split systems
• Reach-in coolers
• Ice machines
• Draft & beer systems
• Restaurant exhaust hoods

You’ll work independently or with a team to deliver high-quality service to our commercial clients while maintaining safety, professionalism, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with refrigeration and low-temp systems
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in commercial/industrial environments
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills

Pay & Benefits
• $28-$30/hour, based on experience
