Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

We are seeking three dependable, professional, and motivated Customer Service Representatives to support the Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES) within the Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility (DBME) in Tucson. In this role, you will act as a vital point of contact for the community, helping individuals navigate public services with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
? Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by answering high-volume inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding applicants through agency processes.
Evaluate and de-escalate complex customer service complaints or issues efficiently.
Strictly follow established state agency guidelines, policies, and protocol.
Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in internal state systems.
? Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
Experience: Previous experience in a dedicated customer service, retail, or call center environment.
Screening: Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening via HireRight prior to starting.
Language (Preferred): Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired but not required.
