Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated General Laborers for projects located in or around Tucson, AZ. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-$28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Site cleanup and material handling
Loading, unloading, and staging construction materials
Assisting skilled trades such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and sheet metal mechanics
Demolition and debris removal
Digging, trenching, and backfilling
Operating basic hand and power tools
Setting up and breaking down work areas
Moving equipment and supplies throughout the job-site
Assisting with framing, concrete, roofing, or finish work as needed
Following OSHA safety standards and wearing required PPE
Performing other general construction tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)
Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Dependable transportation
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
