Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, mentoring teammates, and delivering exceptional guest service in a wellness-focused environment. Help create a welcoming and restorative environment where guests can relax and recharge.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support a team of Spa Attendants to deliver exceptional service to guests
Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they feel confident and prepared in their role
Coach staff on guest service, problem solving, and spa etiquette
Monitor guest interactions and provide ongoing guidance to help the team create a welcoming experience
Ensure locker room areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day

Job Status: Full-Time

Pay: $16.50/hr

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

Limited experience required (1-2 years previous experience in same or related field).

CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment

Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record to meet Group C Driving Requirements
