Santa Rita Landscaping seeks full-time experienced Spray Technicians to add to our remarkable team of professionals! If you are a motivated self-starter who is organized, has a strong work ethic, can work independently, and has a willingness to learn, you are an ideal candidate. If you would like to become a certified applicator, training and certification is available for motivated applicants.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Treat weed, insect, disease and nutritional deficiencies by the application of appropriate products• Perform pest control applications following specific Company established guidelines• Perform a variety of application types including backpack, granular, and high volume spray applications• Communicate effectively with Field Supervisors, Account Managers, and fellow employees• Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and laws/regulations governing pesticide applications• Document all work performed via application records and daily work logs• Properly maintain your truck and equipment and report any problems with the equipment in a timely manner
 
 
Employment Requirements
 
• Licensed in OPM Category 4 (Right of Ways) and 3 (Turf and Ornamental).• Ability to work independently, consistently, and efficiently with limited supervision • Flexible enough to work varying hours to meet the needs of the company, which can include long days• Ability to frequently lift, pull and push 75 lbs.• Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and a strong work ethic to do the job right the first time• Ability to work and walk for long durations in Arizona weather• Reliable and punctual• Valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving history• Legally eligible to work in the United States• Previous Sustainable Landscape Management experience is a bonus
