What You Will DoÂ
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guest preferencesÂ
Recommend cocktails, wine, or pairings based on guest interestsÂ
Ensure beverages meet quality and presentation standardsÂ
Greet guests warmly and provide personalized, attentive serviceÂ
Take drink orders from guests and servers accurately and efficientlyÂ
Monitor alcohol consumption and follow responsible service practicesÂ
Set up and break down the bar, ensuring supplies, equipment, and garnishes are ready for serviceÂ
Maintain a clean and organized bar, including glassware, surfaces, tools, and waste areasÂ
Track inventory levels and report shortages to leadershipÂ
Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulationsÂ
Coordinate with servers, barbacks, and culinary teams for smooth operationsÂ
Assist with restocking and barback support during busy shiftsÂ
Perform other duties as assignedÂ

Your Experience IncludesÂ
Required:Â
Previous food and beverage experience; bartending experience strongly preferredÂ
Knowledge of cocktail techniques, beer and wine offerings, and responsible alcohol serviceÂ
Excellent guest service and communication skillsÂ
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout shiftÂ
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidaysÂ
Preferred:Â
TIPS or similar alcohol-service certificationÂ
Hotel or upscale restaurant experienceÂ
High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
