CDL A Driver

Description

 Deliver glass to individual companies and job sites, e.g., to our customers.Pay :  $30.00 to $35.00 hourly

• Checking and securing loads
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate well with customers
• Calling in backorders
• Picking up and returning product
• Keeping updated on routine daily paperwork
• Keeping and updating driver’s log
• Daily and thorough inspection of vehicle to include documentation as needed

Requirements

Drives truck over an established route to deliver glass and make changes by performing the following duties:

• Job is physical and will require lifting.
• Driver will be responsible for assisting with the load out of their truck.
• You will be required to pass a road test
• Maintain vehicle mileage log and log book when required
• Safely deliver product to customer in a timely manner
• Complete paperwork correctly (shippers/return slips)
• Performs routine maintenance on truck to include cleaning as needed
• Log in patterns and returned items
• Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery*
• Must pass DOT UA test
• Ability to provide good customer service to our customers and resolve issues as needed
• Great attendance and work ethics - Team Player.
• Primary warehouse duties included: such as loading/offloading
