Inside Sales Representative
SEKO Dosing Systems Corporation is seeking two motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team.
In this role, you will build and maintain customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales through phone, email, virtual meetings, and other sales channels. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, confident communicating with prospective and existing customers, and motivated by achieving sales goals and contributing to business growth.
We are hiring for two Inside Sales Representative positions. Spanish-language proficiency is required for one of the two available positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and lead follow-up.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate SEKO products and solutions.
- Present products and services through phone calls, virtual meetings, online demonstrations, and other sales channels.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, sales presentations, and other customer-facing materials.
- Present pricing and terms within established company guidelines.
- Manage leads and opportunities throughout the sales process, from initial contact through closing.
- Follow up with customers to support satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer information, sales activities, opportunities, and follow-up activity in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Support, and other internal teams to support customer needs and business growth.
- Support Customer Service activities as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of SEKO products, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, customer service, or related experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work toward and achieve sales goals or quotas preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and making a high volume of customer calls.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and effectively use CRM and other business systems.
- Positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
- Previous B2B or industrial sales experience.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
- Experience with sales prospecting and lead-generation tools.
- Experience selling technical, industrial, or manufacturing-related products is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Spanish-language proficiency. One of the two available positions requires the ability to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers.
Compensation
- $23.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Annual performance-based bonus opportunity of 5%, based on growth from existing and new customers.
- Overtime eligibility.
