The employee will serve as the primary point of contact at the Sharp Chapel upstairs main Reception Desk; answer phones and transfer calls or take messages; direct visitors to proper offices or building areas; run errands on campus (deposits to Bursar’s office, etc.); assist with the rush of wedding bookings in mid-June when the schedule opens for the upcoming wedding season; assist with filing/light typing, and other duties as needed and requested.
