Position Overview

Lloyd Richards Personnel is actively recruiting CNC Machinists and Machine Operators for multiple manufacturing clients throughout the Tulsa area. We are seeking skilled individuals with experience operating CNC equipment, production machinery, and manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Whether your background includes CNC mills, lathes, machining centers, press brakes, laser equipment, or general machine operation, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines and production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing specifications
• Load materials and verify machine settings prior to production
• Perform quality inspections using measuring instruments and gauges
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain production schedules while meeting quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining or machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
