What You Will Do:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take accurate messages, and assist clients as needed.
  • Welcome and assist guests in the reception area with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Accept and process payments over the phone efficiently and securely.

  • Input and manage new client details to support our sales and operations team.

  • Maintain organized, up-to-date filing systems for client and company records.

  • Assist with light accounting duties such as data entry, checking records for errors and financial tracking.

  • Support general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have...

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (additional office admin qualifications are a plus).

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; Spanish fluency is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • A friendly, approachable, and reliable personality.
