Get to Know Your Team: 

  • Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advance practice providers representing more than 30 specialties across 82 sites in Oklahoma, serving 21 communities.
  • The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a variety of projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and scope.
  • Leads Flu and Covid season ordering.  Conducts weekly flu vaccine inventories with outpatient clinics. 
  • Oversees all annual inventories and conducts inventories throughout the year as needed.
  • Assists with cost center transfers and processing monthly reports.
  • Manages the Courier Route.
  • Is responsible for running monthly pharmacy reports and processing invoices as needed.
  • Will is backup to all Purchasing Department staff.

Job Requirements:

  • High School/GED
