Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and meets quality standards. Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation. Uphold safety and sanitation standards. Portion and quality control. QualificationsRequirements: Prior cooking experience.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must provide a THD Food Handler.
