As a full-time Cath Lab Scheduler, your schedule will be 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. This position comes with our full benefits package and is eligible for our rewarding discretionary quarterly bonuses!

The scheduler will accurately schedule tests and procedures according to departmental and procedural guidelines in addition to provider preferences. The scheduler will work closely with the clinical healthcare team to promote a high-quality service by efficiently and effectively coordinating patients and clinical resources. When necessary, the scheduler will interview patients and complete the admission process while ensuring that are required information is obtained, records are accurate, and patients are informed of relevant hospital policies and practices.

What’s required of you? High School diploma or equivalent.
Do I need experience? Previous healthcare experience required. Scheduler experience strongly preferred.

Specialty Knowledge Skills: Excellent interpersonal, customer service and work prioritization skills. Basic knowledge of medical office terminology. Computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry skills.
