How you'll make an impact in this role

Lead conceptualization and development of innovative business and care models that align incentives towards achievement of the Quadruple Aim.

Responsible for clinical and operational performance across the continuum of care, including the growth and development of systems of care as well as achievement of clinical performance improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance in the ongoing implementation of flexible, innovative physician alignment strategies to foster a commitment to clinical quality and patient safety, enhance patient experience, and promote creation of long-term partnerships with physicians.
Champion quality and safety efforts within the organization, and ensure implementation of clinically reliable process standards and patient experience improvements.
Ensure alignment of performance with the practices and standards of excellence and determine interventions necessary to improve performance.
Provide input on the design of risk-based arrangements, including identification of payers to approach for fee for value contracts.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Physician MD/DO obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.

Education:

Bachelor's degree with 10 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 5 of those years being in leadership/management.
