The Mission

As a Construction Laborer / Production Line team member, you’ll power special build-outs and keep our bakery operation moving with speed and precision. This role exists to support project work and steady production flow while protecting food safety and quality.

Responsibilities include supporting construction-style tasks during special projects, assisting with production line activities as assigned, staging materials, keeping work areas clean and organized, and following all safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements.

Required qualifications/skills:
- 1–2 years of hands-on labor, manufacturing, construction, or production line experience
- Comfort with a fast-paced, physical role and working on your feet
- Reliable attendance for a Monday–Saturday schedule
- Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work as part of a team

You’ll kick off by checking in with the lead on what today’s special project needs—then pivot smoothly into the rhythm of the floor. Some days you’re helping prep an area for improvements; other days you’re jumping onto the production line to keep output steady. You’ll move between tasks as priorities change, stay alert to safety and sanitation expectations, and finish by resetting the space so the next shift can launch fast.
