Compensation: $20/hour, based on experience Job Responsibilities Manage the customer follow-up process to ensure an exceptional ownership experience. Utilize the dealership CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and communications. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and schedule service appointments. Confirm next-day appointments with customers. Complete daily task lists accurately and on time. Assign incoming leads promptly and accurately. Make follow-up calls after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate notes and customer interactions within the CRM. Provide outstanding customer service through professional, friendly, and timely communication. Support the Service Department with additional administrative and customer service tasks as assigned. QualificationsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software quickly. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
