We are looking for a Driver Manager to support terminal operations by managing and developing drivers, promoting safe and compliant operations, and helping maintain strong service performance across the fleet.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build relationships while holding drivers accountable to company standards and expectations.

What you’ll do
Train and counsel drivers on safety, hours of service requirements, fuel compliance, excessive idling, and company policies and procedures
Use company tools to perform periodic driver reviews
Monitor and manage driver productivity
Maintain proactive communication with dispatch centers
Manage on-time service performance of the terminal fleet
Support company goals related to driver retention
Promote and maintain a strong commitment to safety in daily operations
Coordinate and ensure drivers remain current on DOT, OSHA, and company training requirements
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies
Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
Perform other duties as assigned by management
What we’re looking for

Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational performance
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred qualifications
Knowledge of DOT and federal regulations
Tanker industry experience preferred
Experience in transportation, operations, dispatch, or driver management environments preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Leadership responsibility
This position supervises drivers at the assigned terminal location.
Work environment and physical requirements
This position works primarily in an indoor office environment. The role involves mostly sitting, some walking, and the ability to speak, hear, and see clearly for the responsibilities of the position.
