Learn more at: www.imperialco.com What You’ll Do Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facilities equipment including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment using tools such as multi meters and schematics. Conduct , painting, and other building interior maintenance tasks to ensure facility integrity and appearance. Repair plumbing systems including leak detection, pipe repairs, and system maintenance. Operate hand tools, electrical equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively. Supervise or assist with projects involving facilities upgrades or renovations while adhering to safety standards. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance activities; identify potential hazards proactively. Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance procedures for recordkeeping purposes. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with schematics, electrical work, and electrical equipment repair. Mechanical knowledge including the use of hand tools for various repair tasks. Ability to read technical schematics and operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal clients or external vendors.
