Fiber Laser Operator

Starting at $25/hr+ | Monday-Thursday | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Lloyd Richards Personnel is seeking an experienced Fiber Laser Operator for a leading Tulsa-area manufacturer. This position operates state-of-the-art Bystronic and Sen Feng fiber laser systems to cut steel components accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and production standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with laser cutting experience who is looking for a stable, long-term position with a four-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC fiber laser cutting equipment
• Load programs and adjust machine settings as needed
• Read blueprints and work orders
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance and material utilization
• Load and unload material safely
• Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean
• Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements

Qualifications

✔ Minimum three years of fiber laser experience required

✔ Experience with Bystronic, Sen Feng, or similar laser systems preferred

✔ Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Manufacturing and fabrication experience

✔ Reliable transportation and attendance

✔ Ability to work independently in a production environment
