Responsibilities
How you’ll make an impact in this roleÂ
- Assists with periodic fire alarm testing, operating panels, evaluating field devices, and managing system inventories via digital databases.Â
- Conducts scheduled fire sprinkler system testing, logs inspection results on smart devices, and maintains accurate digital records of system components.Â
- Performs routine fire pump churn testing and regular fire extinguisher inspections, documenting compliance data into the maintenance database.Â
- Resolves deficiencies found during inspections by repairing fire alarm and sprinkler components and collaborates with external contractors on complex repairs.Â
- Coordinates inspection schedules across multiple organizational facilities to ensure all strict, time-sensitive safety deadlines are met accurately.Â
Qualifications
Required:  Â
- High School Diploma or equivalent or at least five years’ experience in the field and/or applicable certification may be applied in lieu of High School Diploma or equivalent. Â
- Valid driver’s license. Must be able to be insured for driving company vehicles as required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fire/smoke suppression, detection and containment systems.
