Job Purpose: - The Front Office Coordinator at SPC LLC serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office environment. This role is pivotal in managing the reception area, coordinating office activities, and providing administrative support to enhance overall office functionality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of SPC LLC. - Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel. - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings to optimize office efficiency. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and readily available. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the management team. - Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted office operations. - Support the coordination of office events and meetings, including logistical arrangements and catering. - Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about SPC LLC’s services and offerings to clients and visitors. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective office operations. - Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support the overall goals of SPC LLC. QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in business administration or a related field is preferred. Required Experience: - Proven track record of managing office operations and coordinating administrative tasks efficiently. - Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly desirable. - Familiarity with office management software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is essential.
